About Dental Hygiene

Dental hygiene is a Diploma Program where students are imparted knowledge and practical training about the various aspects of oral healthcare and preventive dentistry. During the course, students will learn many procedures such as scaling, polishing, taking of radiographs, placement of fissure sealants and administration of local anesthesia under the guidance of professionals.

Eligibility

The candidate for admission in Dental Hygienist Course should be at least 17 years at the time of admission and should be medically fit.

A candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognized board at least taking science with Biology subject or an equivalent recognized qualification.
